The district was established in 1945 as a
result of consolidating eleven country schools. Currently,
the district maintains one Senior High School, Grades
9-12, one Middle School, Grades 6-8, and four elementary
schools, Grades K-5. Current enrollment is approximately
3400 students. The district is comprised of 65 square
miles which borders Saratoga City, Glens Falls, Abraham
Wing, Schuylerville, Corinth, Hudson Falls and Fort
Edward. The district is comprised of three townships,
consisting of the Town of Moreau, Town of Northumberland
and Town of Wilton.
Currently, the percentage of graduating seniors attending
college is approximately 70%. Regents diploma success rate
is 70%. The district is very user-friendly and
child-focused. It offers a solid and comprehensive
academic program.
